Don't worry. You may feel some tension during your stretch, but you shouldn't experience pain. Our coaches are trained to monitor your comfort level throughout the session and adjust the stretch accordingly.

We recommend avoiding stretching if you have an acute injury. It's essential to consult with a doctor or physical therapist to get clearance before visiting StretchCo.

If you experience chronic pain, discomfort, or tightness, assisted stretching may be beneficial, provided you have approval from your healthcare provider. Please note that our coaches are not physical therapists.

5. Provide your contact information: Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and phone number.

6. Complete your booking: Review your appointment details and confirm your booking.

You can wear any clothing that you feel comfortable in for your stretching session. Popular choices include workout attire, gym shorts, yoga gear, loose-fitting shorts, clean socks, and T-shirts.
